Passport Application Process
- 1Create account on eCitizen (ecitizen.go.ke)
- 2Fill in passport application form online
- 3Pay fees via M-Pesa, bank, or card on eCitizen
- 4Book appointment at Immigration office or Huduma Centre
- 5Visit with original documents for biometric capture
- 6Collect passport after processing (SMS notification sent)

- Original and copy of National ID (or birth certificate for minors)
- 2 recent passport-size photos (white background)
- Old passport (if renewing)
- Payment receipt from eCitizen
- Birth certificate (for first-time applicants)
